Returns—If you need to return an item, there has to be legitimate reasoning. The box must be unopened. I promise you will not package it the way I did, and it will probably not make it back to me in one piece. There are no returns accepted on custom orders. They are custom. I can't resell custom orders.
IF I MESSED UP, I'LL FIX IT! If, by chance, there's a problem with shipping, I'm here to help. I need a few photos of the package as it was received and any damage. I'm committed to making things right.
When Cleaning: Epoxy Resin is a Non-porous surface. Soap and water are sufficient when cleaning your pieces. Use a soft cloth or washcloth to clean your pieces!
Windex can also be used.
I like to use streak-free microfiber cloths. Like the ones for cars and windows.
DO NOT use abrasive towels or rags! You will scratch it!
DO NOT use harsh chemicals on epoxy resin! I will discolor it.

I built this cabinet for my daughter. Your YouTube videos inspired me to try and it turned out awesome! Of course I had some serious learning curves! Your products worked great. I just wish the bottle of white for the waves was bigger because I made a lot of waves. My project is 55 inches by 22 inches. I used almost 5 gallons of resin. You are awesome! THANKS SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!!!

I’ve been working with resin for about two months now. I watched a lot of Nita’s videos and then grabbed some resin and just started playing with it. Now that I’ve gotten the hang of it I decided to start investing in some more expensive pigments and Nita’s waves kit. I love the cell magic and white pigment, haven’t used the bubble blaster yet. I was a tad disappointed that the resin away bottle appears to have been sensitive to the heat (I’m in Florida) and the bottle was all distorted when it arrived but that otherwise I’m thrilled! And think my piece came out awesome. Thanks Nita.
I have used all 4 products included in the NFW kit. It was well worth the money spent. My oceans finally have realistic movement and depth. Using true white and cell magik. I was sceptical but her bubble blastr eliminates surface bubbles and forces bubbles underneath to pop quicker, very unexpected. Resin away works as it should, wipes away fully mixed resin. A little goes a very long way.. one will do ya! Thanks for all your help Nita. I'm sure your products will do wonders to many more pieces of art.
I'm excited to use the colors and make Beach designs! My only complaint is that the cell magic bottle leaked inside the ziplock bag and now the bottle is half full. Other than that I'm excited to see what it does.

I received the kit in an orderly time. The Tru White bottle was only 1/2 full. I sent two emails regarding this and have heard nothing back. :(
For the first time ever I was able to get some foamy cells! I'm just learning about resin so the Cell Magic really helped! An thank goodness for Resin away-I needed it!

I haven’t used the products yet from what I’ve seen that she does on her YouTube station in TikTok and Instagram is phenomenal. She’s a wonderful human being. It does beautiful projects and I just can’t wait to use it. Her family is beautiful. She’s just a great person and her products are phenomenal.

Great products! Work as they claim to. Each item was package nicely to ensure no leaks. Very happy with purchase!
I paid extra for 2nd day delivery, it still took 12 days to get the order. When I opened the white, the seal was broken and the bottle was only half full. I think the resin away is just spray rubbing alcohol, which you can buy at CVS. I think that the whole kit is overpriced.
The ocean wave kit is amazing. Just what I needed as a new user of epoxy. The products were beautifully packaged and processing of my order was quick. Nita is so willing to share her knowledge to make sure everyone excels in the craft.
